Continuous support for you and your partner through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum so you can feel informed, grounded, and supported every step of the way.

• Unlimited support throughout your pregnancy via phone, email, or text

• Comprehensive resource library with evidence-based tools and guides for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, plus personalized recommendations as you need them

• Two prenatal visits to get to know your family, explore your birth preferences, and prepare for labor and postpartum

• On-call readiness beginning two weeks before and after your estimated due date

• Continuous support throughout your birth, offering emotional presence, physical comfort, and informed care for both you and your birth partner

• Immediate postpartum care to help you settle in, begin feeding, and transition gently into the early hours after birth

• Two postpartum visits in the early weeks to check in, process your experience, and offer continued support as you recover and adjust

I attend births at all Reno-area hospitals as well as home births. I’m credentialed through Renown Health’s Doula Access Program, which allows me to work closely alongside your medical team and support you throughout your entire birth experience, including in the operating room for cesarean births.
