Hi, I’m Nicole.
I’m So glad you’re here.
I am a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families in Reno, Sparks, and Spanish Springs. I also offer virtual prenatal and postpartum support if that’s a better fit for you.
My own motherhood showed me how profoundly birth and postpartum shape us, and how steadying it is to be seen through it all. As your doula, I want you to feel confident in your choices, connected to your body, and deeply cared for as you move through pregnancy, birth, and the early days of parenthood.
Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating recovery, or finding your new rhythm as a family, I am here to hold space for it all: the questions, the emotions, the beauty, and the unknowns.

What is a Doula?
